This full-spectrum direct-reading spectrometer features a 750mm focal length grating and Paschen-Runge high-vacuum optical system with outstanding resolution and sensitivity. The mechanically ruled grating enables flexible spectral line selection to avoid spectral interference.
It has a well-structured layout with standardized integrated electronic control, constant-temperature optical design and high-precision linear motor scanning. Integrated exit slits allow easy channel expansion.
Equipped with a stable adjustable excitation source (150–500 Hz), the excitation stand needs no water cooling for continuous analysis. Imported photomultiplier tubes deliver low dark current, high signal-to-noise ratio and long service life. The single-board measurement & control system communicates with the host computer for high efficiency. Simultaneous multi-element scanning is supported. Software-controlled 8-level adjustable negative high voltage for each channel extends the linear range of spectral lines and optimizes hardware cost.
It supports analysis of multiple matrix materials: Fe, Co, Cu, Ni, Al, Pb, Mg, Zn, Sn. The supporting database software realizes data query, printing and remote network transmission. Modular independent power supply ensures easy operation and maintenance. With high automation, the instrument provides rapid analysis, excellent repeatability and superior stability.
