The steel shell provides reliable safety protection. Optimized water-cooled cable ends improve durability; heat insulation cover cuts heat loss; elevated furnace platform raises feeding efficiency.
Precision-designed induction coils realize high energy conversion efficiency, matched with suitable cross-section for different melting requirements. Magnetic yokes covering over 50% of coils reduce extra heat. Extended coils and firm supports avoid turn-to-turn short circuits. Top and bottom cooling rings further prolong lining life.
Vertical tension rods (non-spring design) and open furnace bottom reduce moisture. Custom refractory blocks, earth leakage protection and high-temperature insulation ensure excellent equipment performance and maximum economic returns for users.
